Basic Structure of Fiber Optical Cable

        Generally,the basic structure of fiber optical cable contains:cable core,filling compound,sheath,etc.In addition,it may also contain,according different requirements,water barrier,buffer,insulated metal conductor,etc.

        The cable core includes one core type and multi-core type:one core type includes two kinds-filling form and tube bundle form;multi-core type includes band form and unit form.And the sheath also has two type:armored cable and non-armored cable.
