Construction procedure of optical cable line
1. Single-disk inspection of optical cable: Check the appearance of optical fiber, the relevant characteristics of optical fibers and signal lines.
2. Route re-test: According to the construction design drawings, review the specific direction of the route, laying conditions, environmental conditions and the specific location of the joints, ground distance, distribution plate, sub-tun and so on.
3. Optical Cable Tray: It is based on the re-measurement route calculation of the total length of the installation and reasonable selection of optical cable disk length.
4. Route preparation: Pipeline cable laying before pipeline cleaning, pre-release wire or pre-release plastic conduit, overhead laying pre-laid wire rope, hooks, direct burial before laying cable trench excavation, joint pit settings.It will facilitate the smooth construction of the project and the safe laying of optical cables.
5. Optical Cable Laying: According to the laying method, the single-disk cable rack is hung to the pole or pulled into the pipe, or into the optical cable ditch.
6. Optical Cable installation: including optical fiber connection, copper conductor, aluminum layer, strengthen the core, the joint loss measurement.The package of the connector casing and the support of the joint protection.
7. Relay measurement: including fiber characteristics (such as total attenuation of optical fiber) test and copper wire electrical performance testing.
8. Optical Cable Completion Acceptance: To provide construction drawings, modify the route map and measurement data and other technical information, and do a good job inspection and completion of the acceptance work to provide qualified optical fiber line, to ensure the system commissioning.
